The Confluence of the Colorado and Little Colorado Rivers in Grand Canyon National Park, as seen from Blue Moon Bench on the Navajo Reservation.
In reflection of recent proceedings with the Grand Canyon Escalade project, and greatest hopes for continued protection of Grand Canyon I have made a collection of images that resonates the magic and solitude that is the Confluence of the Little Colorado River. How would you like to see a tramway built from the rim to the river on the Navajo side of the confluence? How would this effect the solitude and spiritual significance of this place? What would it mean to the importance we place on human spirituality vs something as fleeting as financial stability?
