For years I saw the Grand Canyon as my backyard. Sneaking up there for a long day or weekend, when i was lucky a few week rivertrip. Suddenly, I realized that over the past year I've spent about 180 nights IN the Grand Canyon, and that it has become my home instead of my backyard.
